Achei interessante e transcrevo a reportagem da revista ÉPOCA de 11/06/2007 intitulada O PROGRAMA É VOCÊ. A repórter Maria Laura Neves foi muito feliz na escolha do tema, pois representa entre outras coisas a expressão do processo de tecnologia em que estamos envolvidos e apresenta uma ferramenta de apresentação profissional interessante.
O analista de sistemas Alvino Klose tem 52 anos e mora em Ibirama, uma pequena cidade do interior de Santa Catarina e (...) em 2006 decidiu procurar um emprego fixo, de preferência numa multinacional, para aumentar sua renda. Para tornar seu curriculo atraente, recorreu a uma ferramenta inusitada. Em vez de depender apenas dos meios convencionais, decidiu colocar um vídeocurriculo na internet. “Como, no Brasil, é difícil encontrar um emprego depois de 50 anos, ainda mais morando longe dos grandes centros, fiz o vídeo para mostrar às empresas que não estou velho e tenho plenas condições de voltar à ativa”, afirma.
Informa a reporte que ele levou mais de dez horas para produzir o material. Quem o ajudou foi a sua mãe, Gina, de 72 anos. O vídeo ainda não lhe rendou um emprego fixo, mas trouxe, segundo ele, alguns contratos extras com empresas locais e um contato com uma multinacional localizada no Sudeste.
Então, colegas, mãos a obra. Ou seja, vamos começar a produzir nosso vídeocurriculo, pois com ele iremos agregar algo mais ao currículo que elaboramos convencionalmente.
